A quick “hello” from downtown London. I’m actually finished speaking at the School of Theology, though there is one day left to go. Got caught in a downpour yesterday, got back to the Tabernacle only 15 minutes before speaking, looking like I swam in. But the Lord was merciful and I was able to put that out of my mind as I spoke on the fact that many evangelical churches today are functionally non-trinitarian. The fellowship has been wonderful with all of God’s people here in the UK.
For those in the Glasgow area I will be speaking on the issue of homosexuality Friday night there in Anniesland. I do not know how much longer we will be able to advertise such meetings here in the UK. Amazing developments in granting super-rights to the homosexual community, and don’t be deceived, that is exactly what they want in the US as well.

On the Passage of Time
James White, , Personal
God gives us plenty of warning. He really does. Oh sure, some are cut off in their youth, but for most of us who are blessed to get our three score and ten, the good Lord plants plenty of signs along the way that read, basically, “Eternity Ahead. Take Thought.” When we are young, we ignore the signs, even though

Yet Another Reason to Get Up at 3:45am
James White, , Personal
The heavens declare the glory of God. (Taken on my cheapie riding phone at the corner of Jomax Road and Westwing Parkway at 5:37am, over an hour into my ride. Total for the past two days: 100 miles, and that while fighting off a bug. I think I’ve discovered a miracle cure!).

Exciting Opportunities in London
James White, , Personal
I haven’t been able to talk a lot about my trip in only a month to London, as we are still arranging things, but I’m getting really excited. We are trying to arrange *two* debate on Unbelievable, and one of them may be with an anti-Trinitarian I have wanted to engage for a long time. Another Islamic debate opportunity may

Well, let me tell you, Rich is one happy camper. He got the bright idea today, really only a few hours before we started, to use Zoom to allow folks to call in to the program today. And…it worked. So I started off with about 20 minutes or so in response to a King James Only advocate giving a completely

Greetings from GGBTS

Just a quick note from Mill Valley and the campus of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Taught all day today, will do so again tomorrow. Will probably keep me from doing much here on the blog. It is like 62 degrees here right now. It will be 112/113/112 the first three days I get home. What is wrong with this

A Jumbo Mega Dividing Line—If That Makes Sense

Three sections to today’s 2 hour, 20 minute long program: first, we responded to Jacob Prasch’s reply to last weeks Radio Free Geneva. But unlike Prasch, we played his comments not just once, but twice, carefully analyzing his entire response as a classic example of a complete abandonment of proper forms of argumentation and logic. Very helpful for those who

Another Note from Italy
James White, , Personal
This is honestly the first time I have had an opportunity to sit down and record some thoughts regarding my current time in Italy. My wife Kelli was with me till yesterday morning, and now I am back in Mantova, having taken the EuroStar train from Rome to Modena yesterday afternoon. Here’s proof I really survived Rome. We visited the

A Twitter Convo, David Bernard Podcast on the Trinity, Open Phones

Began a rainy DL today with an interaction with a Twitter user (@BlackRepublican) regarding the foundational issues of the faith (once again—and one of the calls from our brother Kofi raised the issue again later), and then moved on to a brief interaction with Dr. David Bernard of the UPCI on the Trinity and soteriology (Bernard is the leading theologian
